Formed in 2006, NSL is a small IT consultancy specializing in thin and thick client system development and integration, system security, and independent validation and verification (IV & V). NSL was founded to primarily serve clients in the federal civil sector, but also caters to the commercial world, with specific experience in high profile financial systems.
Samer Najia | Principal
Samer Najia's entire career has been in the world of systems. Spanning nearly 20 years, he has designed, built and maintained systems of various scales for an array of industries including state, local and federal government, the financial sector, transportation and shipping and manufacturing. Samer also is experienced in the nuances related to system integration as well as the intricacies of system security, particularly where they pertain to the converging worlds of thin and thick client architecture. Samer also holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA.
Edward Abrantes | Senior Software Engineer
Edward Abrantes has been in the Information Technology arena for more than 9 years. He has extensive experience ranging from technical support, database administration, database design, software development, and systems design. With his security clearance from the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and Office of Personnel Management, he has built and provided solutions to state, local, and federal government agencies. Edward holds a BS in Decision and Information Science.

Ahmed Dajani has 5 years of experience ranging from software developemtn, systems design, web-applications, database design and technical support. Ahmed also has experience in developing, maintaining and supporting interactive patient care environments. Ahmed holds a BS in Computer Information Systems.
Joanne Jose | Project Specialist
Joanne's experience spans 5 years during which she has been exposed to corporate finance and accounting opertations, office management and project scheduling. Joanne manages NSL's office operations and assists with our revenue and P&L tracking.
